The challenge

Make every location feel like it belongs to the same story.

Five locations had five different personalities. That was part of their charm, but it was also making it hard for guests to understand the bigger picture — and for the team to launch consistently.

We found the shared idea underneath the variety: generous spaces, thoughtful food and the feeling of having discovered somewhere special. From there, we built an identity that could hold both the collective and the individual.

The result

A system with room to breathe.

The new identity pairs an expressive wordmark with an adaptable colour language, a warm editorial voice and a digital experience that makes discovery feel as good as the visit.

  • One recognisable parent brand across five locations
  • Flexible templates for menus, social and campaigns
  • A new website designed around discovery
