Velora Studio · Legal

Privacy, made clear.

This policy explains what information we collect through velora.studio, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

Warmly lit creative workspace

Effective date · August 17, 2026

1. Summary

Velora Studio ("Velora," "we," "our," or "us") operates velora.studio to showcase our work and let prospective clients get in touch. This policy covers the studio's own website only — it does not cover work we build for clients under their own domains.

In short:

  • We collect only what you choose to give us — mainly through the contact form and email
  • We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone
  • We do not run advertising or ad-retargeting scripts on this site
  • We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand overall traffic, never to identify you personally
  • You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time

2. Information we collect

We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and a small amount collected automatically as you browse.

Information you give us

  • Name, email address and, optionally, company name — submitted through the contact form
  • Project details you choose to share, such as budget range and a description of what you're building
  • Anything you send us directly by email or through social platforms like LinkedIn

Information collected automatically

  • General device and browser information (type, screen size, approximate region) via privacy-friendly analytics
  • Pages visited and how you arrived at the site, used only in aggregate

We do not ask for payment details, government ID numbers or any sensitive personal information through this website.

3. How we use your information

We use the information above only to:

  • Respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential project
  • Keep a record of client and prospect conversations for our own reference
  • Understand how people find and use our website, so we can improve it
  • Meet legal, accounting or contractual obligations, where relevant

We do not use your contact details for unsolicited marketing. If we ever start sending a studio newsletter, it will be opt-in and every email will include a one-click unsubscribe.

4. Cookies & analytics

This site uses a small number of essential cookies to remember interface choices, such as whether the mobile menu is open. These are not used to track you across other websites.

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-light analytics to see aggregate traffic patterns (for example, which pages are most visited). This data cannot be used to identify you individually, and we do not use it alongside advertising networks or data brokers.

Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which may process the requesting IP address as part of standard content delivery. No advertising identifiers are set.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We may share limited information with:

  • Service providers who help us run the studio — for example, email and form-handling tools — bound by their own confidentiality and data-protection terms
  • Professional advisors, such as accountants, where necessary for our business
  • Authorities, only where required by law or to protect our legal rights

Any project details you share are treated as confidential and are not shown to other clients or the public without your permission.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as it is useful to our working relationship, and for a reasonable period afterward for our own records and legal obligations — typically no longer than a few years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Aggregate analytics data is retained only in summarised, non-identifying form.

7. Your rights and choices

Wherever you are based, you can ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
  • Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it for legal reasons
  • Stop using your information for a particular purpose

To make any of these requests, email hello@velora.studio with the subject line "Privacy request" — we aim to respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us, including restricted access to client records and encrypted connections (https://) across this site.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will remove it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices, tools or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
